Mary Warburton

I have spent all of my career in the education sector, as a primary school teacher with a specialism in music, Head Teacher, Local Authority Advisor, OFSTED Inspector and facilitator, coach and mentor with the National College for School Leadership. I have been involved in several projects across all phases of education including working with school leaders from Egypt and developing coaching within the Higher Education Sector. I am now retired.
I want to encourage children to develop the skills they need to to fulfil their ambitions, to make the most of the opportunities given to them, and most of all to enjoy their learning and achievements.
I hope that I bring my wide background and experience in education to my role as Governor
